My first nudist experience

December 20, 2017

Would you like to hear my first nudist experience aka nude experience? When we were staying at Terme Banovci in Slovenia, we saw that there is a separate part – a Nudist camp. Ian was interested instantly, but the last word was mine. Nudist virgin like me had to think about it, and, of course, I wanted to have some information about nudist spa vacation. It’s easy to make me blush. By nature, I am shy and silent around unknown people, Ian even calls me a bunny. With that being said it’s obvious that I’m not used flashing my private parts in public. Even during hot summer nights when we went on a refreshing swim in the ocean I always wore swimwear. It just makes me feel safer and more comfortable this way. On the other hand, Ian is more free-spirited and an opened person, so being naked in the public is in his domain. Before I am up for trying new things I need to think about it. Just go with a flow is something I’m not used to, so he encouraged me with: “How will you know what you like if you don’t put yourself out there and try something new? The path we are on is about discovering something new, isn’t it?”

I can be described as a wild rabbit

Questions rained on him and he presented all the arguments he could think of: from the practical aspects to easy-going people that are on the other side. I can’t say that I wasn’t interested in less complicated packing and having no laundry, especially in hot summer days like those ones, when I sweat even before I wake up. Thus, the thought was tempting, but I was still shy at my core.

When I was deciding about it, I thought of all the rules that I must know before I enter and make a fool out of myself. Well, when I started asking him about the rules he was very amused, and when I started explaining why they are needed, he couldn’t hold the laughter anymore. Well, I agree, sometimes I complicate simple things and this may be one of them. In the end, he pulled himself together and told me everything I wanted to know. The reason I finally made up my mind was when I saw that lush green grass cut like a carpet on the nudist side of the camp, and all those people enjoying their vacation carefree. So, nudists have more style on their spa vacation? Also, there was less hectic nature and no grumpy kids. Sign me in!

On the other side of the fence, there was far less crowded, and we were also able to lay in the shade without stepping on someone’s toes. Everyone was quieter and the relaxed vibe was backed up by the wooden main building, which had a straw-covered roof. What I liked the most was that people of all ages and shapes minded their own business. Nobody judges your walking or the clothes you wear… we’re all the same. I relaxed for a minute and my worries were gone as were my clothes. That vacation was one of my best and I think the nudist experience has all the credits for that.
