Tiramisu Without Eggs Recipe + Bonus

May 13, 2018

We already wrote a recipe for a cocktail with our recent discovery Gula Melaka. This time we made two desserts with this sweet stuff and they came out more than delicious. The first one is an all-time classic – Tiramisu. Probably you will search tiramisu without eggs Jamie Oliver or tiramisu recipe without eggs, Gordon Ramsay, but we can assure you this ours is top notch as well!

Our best Tiramisu was in Venice. About that some other time…

We made it without eggs, which is more convenient for this hot region where we are now. After all, you can store it longer without compromising the taste. The second dessert is our invention which came out nice, and it’s easy to make – Strawberry-Peanuts jar. Which one is better? Tiramisu for sure, no doubts. Classic will always be classic, no matters what.

Tiramisu without eggs recipe

Gula Melaka in the center is the golden ingredient that adds tons of flavors.

Tiramisu  without eggs recipe

500ml whipping cream

200g of mascarpone

Cocoa powder

Coffee

Rum

Gula Melaka

Ladyfinger biscuits

Instructions for Tiramisu Without Eggs

Make some strong coffee with the addition of Gula Melaka and after it cools down add some rum to it. To continue, you can use any type of coffee, just make sure it won’t be too watery. It must be strong! The better the quality of coffee is, the better your dessert will be. But don’t worry any beans will do, maybe for our flavor medium roast the most. Ouu, and by the way if you want this tiramisu recipe without eggs and alcohol than just skip alcohol and maybe add some vanilla syrup instead. While the coffee is cooling down start whipping the cream.

Tiramisu recipe

That is all you need for two delicious desserts. Easy tiramisu recipe without eggs and alcohol has only seven ingredients.

Add mascarpone to the cream and mix it well. Then add some chunks of Gula Melaka into the cream and mix a little more. Prepare your container or like we did, jars. Dip the biscuits into coffee and lay them on the floor of your jar. Add your cream mixture and then another layer of biscuits. For the final layer, coat biscuits with cream. Close the lid and put it in the fridge. The tiramisu will taste better the next day after the coffee soaks the cream. Just don’t forget to sprinkle it with cocoa before you serve it.

Make sure you have sweet and aromatic strawberries.

Strawberry-Peanuts Jar Recipe

Instant Oat Flakes 100g

Unsalted Peanuts

Peanut Butter 50g

Double cream 150ml

Milk 200ml

Strawberries

Gula Melaka to taste

Additional: Rum

Cut strawberries into small cubes, put it in a bowl, add sugar and additionally rum into it. Cook milk, cream, peanut butter and Gula Melaka together. Just mix it well together and add oats to it. When the oats soak all the cream you can put it aside. If you think it’s too runny add more oats or if opposite add some more milk. When the cream is cold add whole salty peanuts and stir everything well. Put the first layer with your oat-cream into a jar and the second thinner layer with strawberries. You can close it with the lid and store it in a fridge.
